At New Jersey Total Health Center, our patients frequently ask about effective ways to lose weight. In order to help our patients achieve their wellness and weight loss goals, our team of nutrition specialists is hosting Transitions, a 10 week weight loss program. Transitions is not a diet- it is an interactive course that teaches you how to eat better and live better! We've heard our patients complain about losing weight with dieting systems, and then gaining it back. Many also say they've tried dieting, but saw little or no results. The Transitions Lifestyle System specializes in helping people change their eating and exercsie habits, in order to change their weight. This program will help you by providing one-on-one coaching, as well as small-group support. Transitions Lifestyle System will also teach you:
- how to support your efforts with nutritional supplementation
- exercises to improve body composition and naturally increase your metabolism
- how to eat correctly- that is not a diet! This is a program designed to teach you how and what to eat
- how to effectively read nutrition labels
- how to eat in the real world, i.e. restaurants
To help keep you on track, you'll receive a Daily Journal filled with low-glycemic index meal plans, daily affirmations, a food diary, stress-reduction techniques, exercise and more!
This is a 10 week program, with new sessions beginning every 3-6 weeks. Please call us for specific dates. This is a great program for small groups (family, friends, co-workers, etc.).
